2-chloro-1 -(1-chlorocyclopropyl) ethyl ketone is an important chemical intermediate, which is one of the important intermediates in the synthesis of prothiobacillazole. Prothiobacillazole is a new kind of broad spectrum triazolthione fungicide, which is mainly used to control the diseases of cereals, wheat and beans. It has good biological and ecological toxicity, low toxicity, no teratogenic or mutagenic type, no toxicity to embryos, and safety to human body and environment.
118.5g of 1-(1-chlorocyclopropyl) ethyl ketone, 237mL of dichloromethane and 9.6g of methanol were taken into a 500mL reactor, and the temperature was lowered to 0℃. Chlorine gas was injected into the system and the reaction temperature was kept below 5℃. After 3h of chlorine gas, chlorine gas was stopped and heat preservation was continued for 30min. After the reaction, the residual chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride in the system were extracted at 0℃ under negative pressure for 1h, and then the solvent was removed by vacuum distillation at 25℃/-0.1Mpa to obtain the light yellow liquid 2-chloro-1 -(1-chlorocyclopropyl) ethyl ketone with a yield of 92.5% and a content of 93.8%.
